Hi All - At the Audubon Nature Center feeders yesterday evening for the kick-off of this year's new Audubon Master Birder class, we had a male and female (at least 1 each) Calliope Hummingbird and Rufous Hummingbird in addition to a swarm of Broad-tailed and Black-chinned Hummingbirds. Bea Weaver has graciously added feeders and been maintaining them since the springtime, and the results have been extraordinary. Either way, this is area has a nice parking lot and ~100 yard easy walk down to the feeders, which make them easily accessible to folks of all ages if they'd like to get a look at these great little birds.
