The fall migration will be in full swing so anything is possible. Turkeys are very common and almost a certainty. Other target birds include Pygmy Nuthatch, Mountain Chickadee, Townsend’s Solitaire and Red-naped Sapsuckers. Golden Eagles are often spotted soaring overhead and this is a great place to see the tassel-eared Abert’s Squirrel. We will meet inside the entrance off Left Hand Canyon Road at the new parking area by the old ranch sheds.
