If you are planning to stay at the Best Western, they expect to sell out at that time of year, so it would be best to book your room as early as possible. Also, when you ask for the special rate, it is listed under "COLORADO BIRDWATCHERS" not CFO. Giving them that information will make it much easier for them to find the special rates when you call. The discount for CFO is $20 per night on the two double bed rooms.
