Hey All, Decided to stop by the Belmar apartments today, and within about 30 seconds had the Prairie Warbler, plus an Audubon's Warbler and Say's Phoebe. Photos of all three. No YTWA yet, but will update if I find it or anything else notable. I recommend parking on the street just north of the pond and walking in.
