Andrews reported YELLOW-BILLED LOON by Sailboard Launch area in the
afternoon; Darth Aves reported YELLOW-BILLED LOON back at Northeast Corner
in late afternoon; Percival also reported Eastern Phoebe, Cliff Swallow,

Cranes and Long-billed Dowitcher.  On March 28 at Monte Vista NWR, John
