Saw my FOS Swainson's hawk this afternoon, 3:10 p.m, while going north on Kipling, just north of Ridge Rd. Took me three good looks to ID him, as he was repeatedly stooping out of the sky to harass a slow-moving red tail. It's now officially spring in my book!
