A male arrived yesterday, as best I could tell, and today a female was here sitting in the trees next to the feeder. Still waiting for the arrival of ‘waves’ of spotted towhees, but just had my first distant bird singing this morning, several weeks later than usual. Hope they are still on their way. The woods and shrubland are deathly quiet around here. First tree swallows arrived today, and barns arrived over the weekend. Cheers, Arvind PanjabiJust south of Horsetooth MountainLarimer Co
