Hey COBIrders, Nothing really unusual at Clear Spring Ranch banding this morning, but there was a small arrival, and several FOS’s.
FOS Western Wood-pewee - earliest seen in last 5 springs I’ve been banding here. FOS Gray Catbird (and was banded by a different group at CSR prior to 2016) FOS MacGillivray’s Warbler (ad M) - earliest one banded at CSR in 5 years FOS Female Com Yellowthroat - all those seen and banded previously were males. FOS Killdeer - really not rare, but it was the first Still haven’t seen a female Yellow Warbler - just singing and chasing males so far. Good birding, Steve Brown Colo Spgs -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
