I just saw and photographed a Cassin's Sparrow on the roof of Kittredge
Central residence hall, just west of the upper Kittredge Pond on the
CU-Boulder campus. The bird did not seem to be well. It wasn't moving much,
and in many of the photographs its eyes were closed. It stayed on the roof
of the building for at least 30 minutes and was still there when I left,
albeit only visible from a few specific angles. If you want help seeing it
and you are close to campus right now, respond to me off list and I can be
more specific.

While I was watching the sparrow, my first Prairie Falcon for campus flew
over.
