I was asked not to talk about the location of the bird. There are concerns our presence my bring in predators to it. The OP pointed out it's in a busy area with hundreds of dogs in the area and does not seem to be bothered. I drive by Bear Creek Park most days, if anyone wants me to see if it's around let me know.
