This afternoon, Kara Carragher and I saw a non-breeding plumage Franklin's
Gull at North Shore Marina at Pueblo Reservoir today. This isn't the same
bird seen on Thursday around Pueblo Reservoir, which was a full breeding
plumage. I've never seen this species in January in Colorado before,
though I think there were a couple others this month too. Pretty early
spring migrants I guess.
