Lamar Community College, Prowers County Summer Tanager - 1 female Near Lamar, Prowers County: Black-and-white Warbler - 1 female American Redstart - 1 Ovenbird - 1 Rose-breasted Grosbeak - 1 male Baltimore Oriole - 1 male Melody Temple Grove, Bent County: Yellow-throated Warbler - 1 Northern Parula - 2 Northern Waterthrush - 3 Ovenbird - 1 MacGillivray's Warbler - 1 male Broad-winged Hawk - 1 Plumbeous Vireo - 1 Hasty Campground, Bent County: American Redstart - 1 adult male Greater Roadrunner - 1 Caspian Tern - 1 Forster's Tern - 16 Van's Grove, Bent County: Plumbeous Vireo - 1 Green-tailed Towhee - 1 No lesser nighthawk Least Flycatchers were at many spots. Thunderstorms right now in Lamar, dirt roads might be pretty muddy today, with the rain. Not sure how much birding will happen today. If the thunderstorms move away, then we'll have to bird some hopefully. Brandon K.
