I finally found it on the east side of the gravel pit pond just south of
the parking lot at about 3:00 PM. Clear Creek Valley Park is a new location
for me. It is bordered on the south side by I 76 and is kind of tricky to
locate. 58th and Tennyson on the east side of Tennyson. Also 10 avocet, one
willet, half a dozen Spotted Sandpipers, an assortment of Anatidae, and
about 25 grounded Cliff Swallows on a very cold day (38). And one wet
bedraggled fox on the I 76 side. Urban no-mans-land wildlife!
