Hi Everyone, I returned to Lamar Community College this morning 5/10 to look for new arrivals. I saw Yellow-throated Vireo, Veery, and Least Flycatcher again. I heard a Gray-cheeked Thrush and a Northern Waterthrush, but did not see them. No joy with the Worm-eating Warbler. Tempel Grove had a Yellow-throated Warbler and two Northern Waterthrushes. The Kiowa County Courthouse trees (1305 Goff St) had a male Blackpoll Warbler, and five Mississippi Kites cruised overhead. I saw one perched in trees near the post office. Clay-colored Sparrows seem to be everywhere. Lark Buntings were on both sides of Kiowa CR A/Prowers CR WW en route to Tempel Grove. The road is sloppy.
