Near the west end of the lake and from shore to shore there are thousands of
swallows feeding on the white- capped lake surface as it starts to sleet/snow
with winds around 30mph and temperature about 45 degrees. Violet green and
Cliff the most predominant with Tree and Rough-wing the next numerous, and a
few Barn mixed with them.
