Agreed, Chuck as being informed and going in with a cooperative attitude with 
some possible solutions in mind is always a good M.O.. Just a thought but 
perhaps temporary electric cattle fencing around the areas of concern in 
breeding season could be at least a temporary solution with volunteer support 
provided by one or more of the local or ornithologist groups?
