The current interpretation of the MBTA is that the people that did the 
power washing had to be power washing with the INTENT of killing the birds 
and not just cleaning. That is the only way it would be enforceable. CPW 
might be helpful to turn this into an "educational opportunity" for the 
hotel.

I personally would not only contact the hotel and it's corporate office, I 
would go to their FB page, expressing your opinions and share pictures with 
the public. These days your only outlet might be to try them in the court 
of public opinion if your pleas fall on deaf ears.

Then I am a little militant in that respect. Just my two cents.
