The last two days of banding at Ridgway State Park went well, with 22 birds on Thursday and 23 birds on Friday. With the colder morning on Friday came our first-of-season Audubon's Warblers, bringing our total species count up to 32. Also, on Thursday we passed 200 birds, giving us a final bird count of 229 birds (not including recaptures). Though we didn't have any super busy days, this final count is above average. Banding totals for the previous two days are as follows:
