ARAPAHOE COUNTY: —On October 5 a Hooded Warbler was reported at Lee Gulch Trail, approximately 50 ft from Mineral. First reported on September 20 by Santiago Taberas. CROWLEY COUNTY: —ON October 5 a SPRAGUE’S PIPIT was reported at Lake Henry by Steve Mlodinow. —On October 5 a Long-billed Curlew was reported at Lake Merideth by Steve Mlodinow. EL PASO COUNTY: —On October 5 a SPRAGUE’S PIPIT was reported at Chico Ranch Ranch (fee area) by John Drummond. GARFIELD COUNTY: —On October 5 a Trumpeter Swan was reported at the Rio Grande bike trail 1380 County Rd 100, Carbondale by Ted Uhlemann. JEFFERSON COUNTY: —On October 6 a Palm Warbler was reported at Standley Lake Park on north shore by James McCall. —On October 5 a Broad-winged Hawk was reported at Belmar Park by James McCall. —On October 4 a Palm Warbler was reported in Ken Caryl at a private area by David Suddjian. —On October 3 a Field Sparrow was reported at Belmar Park on SE side of lake.
