Good question, Adam!
CObirds has a set of sensible guidelines, called "Rules of the Road".
They promote courtesy, comity and communication on CFO's CObirds, which is
such a boon to us birders.
David Suddjian is the current CObirds moderator and will likely correct or
improve this response.

The pertinent section reads:
"...include in the title of your post to CObirds, the name of the bird and
county in subject line,
such as "Trumpeter Swan/Boulder County".
If not absolutely certain of identification, indicate this by using
'probable' or 'possible' in your post."

And if you read CObirds, why not join the group that supports it and so
many other valuable services to Colorado birders?
