We went back to Dodd Reservoir to look at the goose, and with a scope, the bill
is small, dark and no large gape. The head is all white with some brown
speckles at the back and the body is more brownish than blue gray. Topi and I
think it’s more likely a hybrid of some flavor; i have some digiscoped photos I
will try to upload or will put on a later eBird list. Any ideas appreciated.
