It was first reported by Gregg Goodrich on 15th. JEFFERSON COUNTY: —On November 24 a Surf Scoter was observed at the Jefferson County section of South Platte Reservoir. First reported by James McCall on 13th. —On November 24 a Black Scoter was observed at South Platte Reservoir, Jefferson County side. First reported by James McCall on the 13th. LARIMER COUNTY: —On November. 23 an adult Mew Gull was reported from Timnath Reservoir by Josh Bruening. —On November 23 a gray-phase GYRFALCON, perhaps a returnee from last winter, made a brief appearance at 7:26 AM on Trilby Road near the Larimer County Landfill in southwest Fort Collins.
