Folks- While walking my dog along the N shore of Boulder Res. I spotted 4 swans in the NW corner. Fortunately Peter Gent was nearby and appeared with his scope. We could discern a pale spot in the lores of at least one adult and the typical vertical line separating the white cheek area from the dark bill etc. There’s 1 juv. with 3 adults, still visible as I send this.
Enjoy- Bill Schmoker (& Timber), Longmont -- /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ Bill Schmoker [email protected] http://schmoker.org http://www.polartrec.com/expeditions/us-arctic-geotraces <720/201-5749> \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
