There was a Wilson's Snipe foraging this afternoon in the High Line Canal at deKoevend Park, below the bridge at the park's main entrance (by car). This is the first snipe I've found in the High Line Canal system, though they're usual at Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve (bordered by the canal in Greenwood Village) and at Willow Spring Open Space (nearby, but not on the canal).
