Hi All,

There was a second-hand report of a troglodytes sp. in my biding club's
group chat from Johanna Beam. The bird was reported along boulder creek
below Folsom Field, right below the new footbridge. I had the bird around
4:00pm today(3/18), and when I left, Peter Burke and Nathan Pieplow were
looking for it. I got a decent recording of the excited chatter, and it
sounds like a Winter Wren to me. Peter has awesome photos that also look
more Winter Wren than Pacific Wren IMO. I am just trying to get the word
out.
