At 10:10 this morning I discovered a Black Phoebe on the north side of
Rigden Reservoir which is at the east terminus of Horsetooth Road. The bird
was foraging along a fenceline that borders the railroad tracks, flying
from fencepost to fencepost and also sitting on the fence itself. It was
about 150 - 200 yards west of the extreme east end of the reservoir across
the ditch.
