Hi Eric, Great idea. I posted a question suggesting something similar to this to the CPW contact page right before I saw your post here. Maybe we can all send suggestions to the below page to try to rattle their cage? The $20 annual fee that Maine has for this is a lot better than us youngsters having to pay $45 for Habitat and Fishing License.
