Hi CoBirders I saw a female Hairy Woodpecker the former Lowell Ponds wildlife area this morning, May 23. Wings were almost all black with only tiny white spots along outside primaries. The last Hairy i saw in this area was during the winter of 2014. Bob Canter, Denver
