Spent a morning out at Natural Arch north of Del Norte. They had received a torrential downpour last night but roads were drained by this morning. Pretty much found all of the expected birds in pinyon and juniper habitat. Best were :
Gray Flycatcher Cordilleran Flycatcher Dusky Flycatcher W Wood Pewee Woodhouse's Scrub-jay Plumbeous Vireo Warbling Vireo White-throated Swift The controversial Bendire's Thrasher was no where to be found. But July has been the best time to watch for them. John Rawinski Monte Vista, CO -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
