Dave Leatherman alerted me that my apparent breeding record of Broad-winged
Hawk might be rarer than I thought. No confirmed breeding records were
reported during either Breeding Bird Atlas, and Andrews & Righter mention
only one confirmed record of breeding for the state. So I hope people can
obtain additional confirmation of this apparent family group.
