Crowley County has 2,000 inmates and a civilian (non inmate) population of about 4,000. The covid cases which are rampant in all our prisons are lumped in with community cases in most of the statistics about county covid cases. While Crowley County shows about 1,300 cases overall Arkansas Valley Cor Facility has 860 inmates that have tested positive and the private prison Crowley Co Cor Facility has a total of 370 inmates who tested positive. That means the total number of community cases is less than 100. So birding in Crowley County is likely less risky than a number of other counties.
The situation is similar in Fremont County but in addition to the surge in inmate cases we also have a big surge community cases and were just raised to an Orange status. If you come to Fremont County I would advise staying out of restaurants and other indoor locations where infection risk is high.
