Hi all Snow-packed dirt roads (only 1-3" fell here), clear blue sky, no wind, cold and sunny-awesome for raptoring. Missed the two Merlin seen last 30 days. Total of 45 birds:
- Red-tailed Hawk - 9 - Prairie Falcon - 4 - Bald Eagle - 6 - Ferruginous Hawk - 6 - Northern Harrier 5 - Rough-legged Hawk - 6 (now 6-7 birds in Nunn area) - American Kestrel 6 - Golden Eagle - 3 (family unit) Also, Lapland Longspur (2-4, CR 108 BTW 33/31; American Tree Sparrow (7) and Common Raven (3).
