Cloud cover started out darker and heavier than yesterday. There was an
hour when we had some blue skies to the west. Then back to 100% cloud
cover. Weather station: NOAA Lakewood.

Raptor Observations:
Migrating Raptors:
Ferruginous Hawk was a dark morph. Most migrators appeared high over the
western foothills. A few appeared out of the clouds overhead, already
north of the ridge.
Non-Migrating Raptors:
BAEA-2. Local RTHA local (6) teased us with hints
migration moves, then circled back, almost all were high over the western
ridge.
