A blustery walk around Lagerman Reservoir today yielded about 20 Ruddy
Ducks, a couple of Cinnamon Teal, 3 Red-breasted Mergansers, about 6
Buffleheads, and about 20 Ring-necked Ducks. Both Osprey were present, as
were the two Bald Eagles nesting to the south. A male Northern Harrier was
hunting just west of the Osprey platform. The treat of the day was a FOS
Eastern Kingbird holding its own in the wind on the south side of the
reservoir.
