There was a lovely Little Blue Heron at the Cottonwood Pond at Walden Ponds
this morning. It was on an island and then circled the pond before landing
in the far corner by the treatment plant. There was also a lovely male
Orchard Oriole near the west side. The warbling vireos, common
yellowthroats and eastern kingbirds are back and plentiful.
lovely day for a walk.
