Wild Bird and Greenwood both welcome calls from the public.

CPW and State Patrol will sometimes respond to reports of injured wildlife.
So will local animal control officers. Some rehab facilities have
volunteers who help with capture and transport and some don't. Usually,
finders need to transport injured and orphaned wildlife to
rehabbers/facilities on their own.

That's where Animal Help Now comes in, compiling resources in one place, so
you don't have to try to figure out who to call when, especially after
hours and on weekends. The site creators work closely with both facilities
and individual rehabbers and do not publish information without permission (
https://ahnow.org/resources.php#maintocgeneral). It's a fabulous resource
and can be used anywhere in the country. They are working to add Canada to
the database.

By the way, CPW has a list of Colorado Wildlife Rehabilitation License
Holders on their website, along with contact information for them. Looks
like their contact information is out there whether they like it or not :( (
https://cpw.state.co.us/Documents/RulesRegs/SpecialLicenses/WildlifeRehabilitation/PublicRehabListing.pdf#search=wildlife%20rehabilitators
).
