Hi all I’m hoping I can get some help. I have a Trumpet vine that gets long tubular orange flowers that are a good hummingbird attractant. The flowers are coming out fine but then start deteriorating. They don’t seem to be producing any nectar as there are no bees present. The same thing happened last year but I thought maybe it was because it was too dry. It didn’t produce many seed pods last year. I ripped open several of the flowers and noticed what appeared to be tiny brown larvae like critters inside. If anyone has any ideas what is going on and what to do about it please let me know.
