Hi, Sorry for the late post, I meant to get this out last night but I was having a bad headache. Anyways yesterday I hiked Staunton State Park and along the Staunton Ranch Trail, access it from Davis Meadow Parking Lot, I found a flock of about 7 *Evening Grosbeaks,* along the Ranch trail. They were moving around a lot, but I found them in the stretch from the trailhead at the parking lot and the Historic Cabins trail intersection. At that intersection was a *Canada Jay*, which can be found at the park. The Grosbeaks proved cooperative and even were hoping about on the trail. I found them first from their calls. One another note, there is a sign along Staunton Ranch trail letting you know you are in Park County, which helps me divide up my check lists easier. Good birding, Brian Johnson Englewood CO
