I have a juvenile Chipping Sparrow and at least 3 adults in my yard today - Littleton, east Jeffco at ~5600'. The adults have been around since May. I normally associate them with nesting higher in the foothills. Is this lower elevation usual? Lynne Forrester Jefferson County
