Unlike Chico, our numbers are not picking up; only 22 birds banded today. Nine of those were caught in our second run of the morning, which included our first Green-tailed Towhee and White-crowned Sparrow, and I thought we were in for a bigger day, but no....... Here are the 22 new birds:
