Wow! Today was an awesome last day, as I caught two rarities at the station and 4 new species for the season. Highlights included a BLUE-HEADED VIREO, and a intergrade Fox Sparrow with characteristics of a Northern Fox Sparrow and Slate-colored Fox Sparrow. We banded 870 birds over 54 species this season, so it was definitely a good run. I will miss everyone that comes by the station and I hope to see you soon. Stay birdy
