Right now at 12:15 pm I had a group of Sandhill Cranes fly over me in northwest Fort Collins, right over Reservoir Ridge Natural Area. They were at first in V formation, basically, and then they circled out of formation to gain height, making noise the whole time, then they headed off in a south, southwest direction more or less in formation. There were approximately 80-100 individuals.
