A .Lesser Black-backed Gull was close to shore along Cherryvale Road on the 
west side of Baseline Reservoir yesterday morning.  Several Bonaparte's 
Gulls were in the same area.  A lone Avocet along the shore was a surprise 
find.  Two Harriers flew over the lake, interacting as they flew.
