We had a lovely cool day in the San Luis Valley with no snow cover. Because
of COVID, we conducted our count in family pods. So I am still waiting for
the overall results.

My "pod" had a great day and we enjoyed seeing Northern Shrike, Tree
Sparrows, Prairie Falcon, and Short-eared Owl. We totalled 27 species which
was good for any team at this time of year. More to come as I hear.
