The storm brought in a few migrants to Union Reservoir, east of Longmont, Weld
County this morning. About 20 Willets, 5 Long-billed Dowitchers, 4 Lesser
Yellowlegs, 6 Wilsons Phalaropes, 1 Least Sandpiper, and a Peregrine Falcon
joined the usual Avocets, Pelicans, Shoveler, Gadwalls, Western Grebes etc. The
field around the pond NW of Union Reservoir is flooded and full of Mallards,
and Blue-winged, Cinnamon, and Green-winged Teal.  Hopefully some Ibis and
other waders will show up also. Bill Prather, Longmont
