An FYI to all new members of CoBirds, everyone who joins is automatically set to moderated status. So their posts do not go to the list until they are approved by a moderator, thus a delay at times.
Changing moderated status requires about 5 clicks of exciting admin action so the member is not moderated and can post directly to the list. Since most new members never or rarely post, this may not happen right away.
