Tried to go shorebirding in Weld-Latham ponds almost entirely dry and same with 
Beebe draw-Loloff almost entirely dry and no birds around small areas of water 
left-Weld county 59 ponds only place with any water-there I saw a family of 
Black-necked Stilts(but no Avocets) and four Stilt sandpipers and thee 
Long-billed dowitchers and multiple Lesser yellowlegs and one Greater and two 
Wilson’s phalaropes in basic plumage and one lonely Western sandpiper in mostly 
basic plumage-wish had time for Jackson Res!  Bill Fink. Longmont
