Another slow bird day despite the warmer temps. Eighteen Bird Species were 
captured at the station including the Nashville Warbler we banded 
yesterday. All recaptures increased their weight from he last time date 
they were captured. Eight species of sparrows banded today.

Chipping Sparrow -1
Lincoln's Sparrow -4
Vesper Sparrow -1

Gambel's White-crowned Sparrow -7
Green-tailed Towhee -2
Spotted Towhee -1
House Wren -1
Cassin's Vireo -1
Gray Catbird -3
Northern Mockingbird -1
American Robin -1

Wilson's Warbler -3
Nashville Warbler -1
Orange-Crowned Warbler -1
Lincoln's Sparrow -1
Gray Catbird -1
Spotted Towhee -2
Swainson's Thrush -1

Tomorrow morning the banding station will be operating. Closed Sunday. Next 
week Monday - Friday will be the last for Chico Basin Ranch banding station 
for the season.
