In May, 2022 supporters and participants raised more than $35,000
in Colorado Field Ornithologists (CFO) 2nd annual Colorado Birding
Challenge (CoBC). This extraordinary fundraising effort in 2022 benefitted
habitat restoration for the endangered Gunnison Sage-Grouse and other
sagebrush obligate species.

CFO is now inviting qualifying organizations to submit proposals to be the
beneficiary
of the 2023 Colorado Birding Challenge <https://cobirds.org/rfp-cobc2023/>.
Proposed
projects should have a lasting benefit to Colorado birds or the habitats on
which they rely.

For any questions, or to request the proposal details, contact CFO at this
email address - COBC AT COBIRDS.ORG or visit this page
<https://cobirds.org/rfp-cobc2023/> on our website. The deadline to submit
a proposal is Friday, November 18, 2022. Information about past Colorado
Birding Challenge events and their impacts can be found here
<https://cobirds.org/past-cobc/>.

And thank you again to all you who made a difference in our last two
Colorado Birding Challenges!
