The Bonny Christmas count is on Friday next week. This is an open invitation. The bunkhouse is available for us to stay in on Thursday and Friday nights. This allows for some great social time. There are beds but you need to bring your own bedding. We have dinner at a surprisingly good restaurant in Idalia on Thursday and then a potluck dinner at the bunkhouse on Friday. If you are up for a longer early weekend, we go to Crook Friday morning for the count there on Saturday. We routinely get at least 4 species of owls and as many as 6, prairie chickens, cardinals, and always some surprises. Norm Erthal Arvada
